The untimely passing of Prince Adewale Adeyemo, popularly known as Baba Igbomina, has plunged the Nigerian entertainment industry into a state of mourning.
It is important to recall that the late actor had reached out for help a year ago, expressing the gradual decline of his health. He candidly shared his struggles, having returned from the hospital after a stay of over three months in December 2020. Adeyemo had been battling lung, liver, and kidney problems.
Fortunately, compassionate individuals abroad, acting as “good Samaritans,” generously donated funds for his surgery. Thanks to their support, the actor received treatment at Private Godpromise Hospital, located at Oluke Odo Aremu Bus Stop, Ijoko, Ogun State. Following his medical procedures, he was eventually discharged.

According to reports, since he was discharged, the actor’s standard of living has seriously depreciated.
In a chat with newman, Gbolahan Adetayo, the actor expressed his current situation. According to him, “I am dying gradually, Nigerians please come to my rescue, please, anything you know you can do for me to get money please. Do anything at all, please I am dying. I will like to use this opportunity to appeal to Nigerians to help me. I need money for drugs and food after surviving from the sickness. I need financial assistance and any donation can be sent directly to my bank account”
