Superstar Afrobeats singer David Adeleke, professionally known as Davido, has broken his silence by granting an interview for the first time since the arrival of a set of twins with his wife, Chioma Avril Rowland.
Gossipinfo previously reported that Davido, the artist known for the hit song “Unavailable,” welcomed twins with Chioma in the USA on October 9th, 2023.
A video also surfaced online showing Chioma in a wheelchair, cradling the twins, with Davido standing beside her. The singer’s father, billionaire Adedeji Adeleke, arrived in his Bentley to capture this special moment.

It’s worth noting that Davido and Chioma tragically lost their 3-year-old son, Ifeanyi Adeleke, to the hands of death on October 31st, 2023.
Davido shared his experience and marveled at the fact that he lost a son in October of the previous year, and just 11 months later, he welcomed twins in October of the following year. He also spoke about the significance of the month, October.
His statement: “When my wife and I found out, we were shaking, and it was in the same month. My son passed last year in October, and my wife gave birth this year in October, so it’s crazy.”
