Habeeb Okikiola, better known as Portable, a fast-rising Nigerian musician and internet star, has claimed that he deserves to win a Grammy.
Portable took to Twitter to say that his 2021 hit song Zazoo Zeh, which catapulted him into the spotlight, deserves a Grammy award.
“My hit song, Zazoo, deserves a Grammy award,” Portable tweeted. If Grammy tries to rip me off, they go collect.”

This isn’t the first time the artist has expressed an interest in winning the coveted prize.
Portable stated in February that he aspires to win the world’s most prestigious music award.
He revealed this during an interview with The Punch, in which he discussed his upbringing, profession, and climb to fame.
According to him, he has always enjoyed extraordinary grace in the beginning of his career, this has given him the confidence that he would win the International award.
Portable vowed to even declare war if he doesn’t win the coveted award.
“Many people have extended their loving gestures towards my career. The love keeps growing everyday. Ah, if Portable no collect Grammy war go happen oo. I know say I go reach there but I no know the time wey God write give me”.
