Nollywood actress Biodun Okeowo, who is popularly known as Omoborty, has come under scrutiny on social media after revealing that she spent millions of Naira on repairing her bashed Lexus Jeep. The actress took to her Instagram page to share a video of the damaged vehicle and narrated what happened.
In the video, Biodun recounted how she had a first accident that damaged the car and then had a more serious one a few minutes later. The actress revealed that she had to cancel some events she had planned for the day, and her mood was ruined due to the accident. Despite the setback, she expressed gratitude for being alive and well.
After sharing the video, some fans took to social media to criticize Biodun Okeowo for spending such a large sum of money on car repairs. They expressed concern that such a lavish expenditure on a car repair could send the wrong message to fans, particularly those who look up to the actress.

Others, however, came to her defense, stating that she has every right to spend her money as she pleases, and that the incident serves as a reminder of the importance of being grateful for life’s blessings. This post did not sit well with some fans who criticized her for coming on social media to brag about the amount she spent on repairing ordinary bashed Lexus Jeep.
