According to BBC News Yoruba, His Royal Highness, King Abdulrasheed Ayotunde, the Aragbiji of Iragbiji, has accused Alhaja Falilat Oyetunji, a well-known local doctor known as “Arike,” of attempting to assassinate him. He said that she dispatched goons to harm him and three other Iragbiji residents.
The King, AbdulRasheed Olabomi, made these accusations against Arike in a video that he shared on his Facebook page. He requested that the Nigerian Police and Osun State Governor Adegboyega Oyetola look into the situation.
As Alhaja Arike, whom he accused of trying to kill him, is putting his life in danger, the monarch also appealed to the Iragbiji descendants to save him. He disclosed that he had proof that Alhaja Falilat threatened him and Baaleh Oloda with death in the same city of Iragbiji.
