The moment Argentine forward Lionel Messi finally struck the back of the goal for the French club was the match’s highlight.

In the first half, PSG’s Idrissa Gueye gave them the lead before Messi scored a second goal.

With a superb 20-yard shot, Messi sprinted from the halfway line before playing a one-two with Kylian Mbappe and left Ederson rooted to the spot.

PSG fans erupted in applause after the goal, clearly pleased that the Argentine striker has regained his composure.

This is Messi’s first goal for PSG after coming from Barcelona in the summer transfer window. Messi should score more goals in their remaining matches this season, hopefully.
