The first mother of music artist Davido, Sophia Momodu, has related the night her perspective on being a single mom altered.
Taking to her Snapchat account, where she is more active, she revealed that today makes it one year since her whole world felt like it was crumbling around me. She disclosed that I made was so sick, that she had to rush her to the hospital at 1 am.
In her panic state, she called Savo, who was recording Stamina that night and she showed up in less than 10 minutes. She also called actress and DJ, Dorcas Fapson and others and they rushed to her side in minutes.

She stated that it dawned on her how powerful her support system was as Savo kept telling her to breathe as she wasn’t alone. Her family and more friends came to join her and the hospital was packed.
Momodu added that ‘that’ night made her change her mentality as a single parent forever as she now knows that parenting takes a village and Gid doesn’t joke about his own.
