Palmer’s performance in Chelsea’s FA Cup semi-final loss to Manchester City on Saturday was below par, and he seemed to be struggling with an injury at Wembley. Despite his remarkable form this season, with 23 goals and 11 assists since joining the Blues, his participation in the upcoming fixture is uncertain.
Although Chelsea’s Premier League form has seen improvement, sitting three points behind Newcastle and Manchester United with a game in hand for sixth place, Palmer’s absence could be felt as they face rivals Arsenal.

When questioned about Palmer’s chances of featuring in the match, Pochettino stated, “We will see tomorrow. We will assess him in the morning. Today, I don’t believe he can be involved, but we will assess him tomorrow. Even if he is fit tomorrow, he may not be in a condition to play. Hopefully, he can recover as soon as possible.”
Additionally, Chelsea might have to contend without Marc Gusto and Ben Chilwell, both nursing knocks from the Wembley defeat. Pochettino elaborated, “Malo suffered a minor injury to the ligament on his knee. I’m not a doctor, but I’ll respectably try to convey what is happening.
