Prior to Thursday night’s Premier League match between Chelsea and Manchester City, Mason Mount has selected the best striker in the world.
No one scores goals the way Norwegian striker Erling Haaland has been scoring goals since he transferred from Borussia Dortmund to Manchester City in the summer, according to Mount.
The English midfielder cautioned his teammates not to concentrate only on Haaland, though.

In his first 15 Premier League games for Pep Guardiola’s team, Haaland has scored an astounding 21 goals.
This season, the Norwegian has scored more goals in the Premier League than the whole Chelsea squad.
When asked about Haaland prior to the game on Thursday night, Mount said to Sky Sports: “He’s a really talented player.
He’s not the only good player there; they have a lot of them. We are aware that he poses a threat.
The England international said when asked if the former Borussia Dortmund striker was among the top forwards in the world right now: “Strikers? Yeah.
“He has to be up there, yeah,” I say. “I don’t think there’s probably anyone scoring as many goals as he is right now or performing the way he is.”
