After defeating Tottenham on Wednesday at Old Trafford, Manchester United will travel to London to play Chelsea in the Premier League.

Cristiano Ronaldo was not a member of the team since he had been suspended for his refusal to replace Wayne Rooney in United’s 2-0 victory over Tottenham Hotspurs. Recall that United thrashed Spurs when they went to Old Trafford, and the Portuguese forward looked miserable sitting on the bench. He’s not used to filling in, which may have contributed to the experienced forward’s behavior.

Ronaldo walked down the tunnel in the 90th minute (after four minutes of added time), clearly upset, leaving observers and commentators baffled by his conduct.

He reportedly left the stadium after coming out of the tunnel instead of waiting for the team in the dressing room.
