Kadioglu, a 24-year-old versatile player, has been on Arsenal’s radar since last summer and was initially their top choice for left-back before they shifted focus to Calafiori. However, negotiations for Calafiori have stalled over additional clauses.

Despite interest in Calafiori, Arsenal remains interested in Kadioglu, whose versatility—allowing him to play as a left-back, right-winger, right-back, left-winger, or central defensive midfielder—has caught the eye of manager Mikel Arteta.

Turkish journalist Yagiz Sabuncuoglu reports that Manchester United has made an initial bid of €25 million for Kadioglu, aiming to outmaneuver Arsenal and other interested clubs. However, Fenerbahce is holding out for a higher fee, reportedly around €35 million, reflecting Kadioglu’s strong performance at Euro 2024.
