Manchester United are reportedly open to offers for Marcus Rashford during the January transfer window.

According to Sky Sports Germany, United are willing to part ways with their academy graduate. The report highlights Rashford’s recent resurgence under Ruben Amorim, scoring three goals in two Premier League starts, but notes the club does not consider him an untouchable asset.
Meanwhile, The Telegraph has reported concerns within the club about Rashford’s off-field lifestyle and a perceived lack of focus, with sources suggesting that distractions in his personal life may be affecting his performances.
United are reportedly open to selling Rashford in January or during the summer transfer window. His high salary, as one of the club’s top earners, is seen as a factor that could ease the club’s Financial Fair Play (FFP) constraints if he departs. This could provide United with greater flexibility in the transfer market, especially given Rashford’s contract runs until the summer of 2028.
The financial aspect is particularly significant as part-owner Sir Jim Ratcliffe implements cost-cutting measures at the club. United have also been hit with a £15 million payout following the dismissal of former manager Erik ten Hag, adding further urgency to their efforts to manage expenses.
