On social media, a video about the allegedly forced campaign donations on market women in Lagos has become popular.

In the video that Ripples Nigeria was able to view, a guy can be heard complaining to another person about the requirement for campaign donations placed on him by Nigeria’s Iyaloja General, Folasade Tinubu-Ojo.

According to reports, the payment is intended to promote Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Folasade’s father and candidate for president in the All Progressive Congress, which is now in power (APC).
