“I have the dream of winning the Champions League for Paris,” Mbappe stated. “I’m proud to have been with PSG since day one. Regardless of the ups and downs, my pride in representing the club of my hometown remains steadfast.”

He continued, “Experiencing a night like this as a Parisian is truly special. We have one more step to take before reaching the final in Wembley, so we must remain focused.”

Despite significant investments and star-studded rosters over the years, PSG has yet to claim the Champions League title. However, Mbappe remains determined to change that narrative.

The road to the final won’t be easy, as PSG faces Borussia Dortmund in the semi-finals. In their previous encounter in the last 16 of the 2020 competition, PSG emerged victorious in a highly anticipated showdown between Mbappe and Erling Haaland.
