Kwam 1, a Fuji musician, has reacted to claims that he and his new wife, Emmanuella Ropo Marshal, are at odds after she allegedly smacked him for cheating on her.
In a press statement made by his publicist, the musician denied the report. According to Kunle Rasheed,

The alleged blogger took to social media to claim that Fuji monarch and Mayegun of Yorubaland, K1 de Ultimate, had a spat with his new wife, Emmanuella Ropo Marshal, and that the lady had even smacked the Fuji king during the spat.
Ropo Marshal, according to the anonymous blogger, follows the fuji maestro to his official engagements and distracts the fuji lord on those occasions.
We would not normally bother to speak with this barefaced liar who picks the holy month of Ramadan to spread horrible lies.
We only want to emphasise that the Mayegun never had a disagreement with his wife Ropo to the point where she raised her hands against him. We are astounded that such a charge can be levelled so carelessly.
We also state that Mrs. Emmanuella Ropo Marshal is very busy with her wifely duties than to follow the fuji lord to his official engagements. In the recent time, the only party she has attended with her husband was the one held in GRA Ikeja lagos when a top society buff who is a common friend of the couple celebrated his 60th birthday.
We make bold to say that this allegation is malicious and shudder even more that it could be peddled during Ramadan. Let the evil peddlers repent and seek the face of Allah for forgiveness.”
