“When observing Arsenal from the outside, it always seemed like a family,” he shared with the club’s official website. “That’s exactly the atmosphere I experienced while playing, and upon joining, it was evident that the staff is genuinely welcoming. This certainly makes the transition smoother for a new player.

“From the initial conversation I had with Mikel [Arteta] about joining Arsenal, I sensed a profound respect for all of us, and that played a significant role in my decision to join the club. I immediately felt the unity among the players, and especially with the fans and the entire club.

“Establishing trust with the fans is crucial. It’s challenging, especially coming from Chelsea, as they are formidable rivals. Gaining the trust of the fans may take some time, but through goals and good performances, I believe I can earn it. I am committed to giving my all in both games and training sessions, and I believe they will recognize and appreciate this dedication. I am genuinely thrilled to be a part of this club.”
