Olaiya Kayode, better known by his stage name Aderupoko, is a veteran actor, MC, comedian, father, husband, film director, and movie producer. He also has a large following on social media. He was born in Ibadan, Oyo State, where he was raised, on March 4, 1948. He is one of the most well-known and hilarious comic actors in the business. He has appeared in a number of Yoruba films, primarily in the roles of gateman, cook, villager, chief, driver, husband, and comedian.
