Chelsea co-owner Todd Boehly has urged fans to exercise patience with “the process” as the Premier League club grapples with challenges under Mauricio Pochettino’s management.
In an interview with Forbes, Boehly emphasized the necessity of allowing the squad adequate time to transition from talented individual players to a cohesive team.
“We just need to let the process develop and give our squad the time to go from being unbelievable individual players with great skills to fold into a team,” Boehly stated, emphasizing the importance of continuity.
