The Reds are set to visit Old Trafford on Sunday, facing a United side potentially boosted by the return of Rasmus Hojlund from injury. Hojlund, who has been sidelined with a muscle problem, rejoined training this week after missing the Red Devils’ last three fixtures. The Danish international had been in fine form prior to his injury, contributing seven goals and two assists in his last six Premier League outings.

Klopp also highlighted the potential impact of defender Aaron Wan-Bissaka, suggesting that his fitness could prove crucial in the quarterfinal clash.

Speaking about the upcoming match, Klopp remarked, “As much as it’s possible, I enjoy [these games]. I don’t know much about their season but I saw some good games, a lot of quality and injury problems. Hojlund is available again. Wan-Bissaka is close. That obviously makes a difference, we will see on Sunday.”

Acknowledging the historical significance of clashes between the two clubs, Klopp emphasized the importance of putting in a strong performance on the pitch, despite the unpredictability of the outcome. He expressed his team’s determination to give their best effort in what is expected to be a challenging encounter.
