Mercy Aigbe, a Nollywood actress, has finally addressed the criticism surrounding her marriage to Kazim Adeoti, better known as Adekaz, the owner of Ibaka TV.

The actress debunks several accusations regarding her marriage to Adeoti during a phone interview with a TV Continental (TVC) talk show host, Morayo Afolabi-Brown.

Mercy Aigbe said that her new husband is a Muslim who is allowed to marry many wives, and that her two lovers were never buddies, contrary to popular belief.
The TV host revealed that the actress attempted to call in to the show but was unable due to bad network signals, so she sent a text message, which was read live.
“Mercy Aigbe had phoned me because she felt we were deceiving the path of our chat,” Morayo explained. Her present husband, whom she recently married, and her ex-husband, she claims, were never friends.”
