A single mother bemoaned the unexpected changes her son underwent after meeting his father on social media.
The Nigerian woman claimed that after 15 years of raising the son, he began to bug her for permission to visit his father.
She finally approved his request, saying that although he arrived there in good health, the person she now sees is only a pale imitation of him.

After her son started losing the ability to use his legs and perform simple tasks after meeting his father, a Nigerian woman turned to the internet for assistance.
The single mother described raising her son Wisdom by herself for 15 years. She said that family issues caused the separation between her and his father.
She remembered how the lead berated her for her consent to visit Wisdom’s father on September 8, 2019, and she ultimately gave up.
The woman claimed that she was shocked to learn that her son’s father had moved away with him and barred her from seeing him. All of her attempts to reconnect with her son were ineffective.
Then one day, he urged her to visit their sick son via a Whatsapp message, stating that he wasn’t feeling well.
She arrived at their new home on February 19, 2021, and was shocked to see her son who looked nothing like how he had departed.
She encouraged netizens to assist her by sharing a TikTok video of his sad current condition and explaining how she has taken him to hospitals and churches as well as other locations without success.
Wisdom can’t walk properly and can’t do other basic things himself.
Wisdom’s mum doesn’t know what actually happened
When GOSSIPINFO.COM.NG reached out to the boy’s mum on what could have happened to the lad, she said she has no idea.
“I don’t know who did it.
“I don’t have idea how it all started. I only know I took a boy who walks and do things by himself to his dad cos he (my son) cried, kept crying, not eating, taking his bath even went as far as spoiling things just because he wanted to go meet his dad which I finally agreed.”
She regrets granting his wish now owing to his current state.
“…And I deeply regret it.”
