According to seasoned actress Idowu Phillips, often known as Mama Rainbow, Nigeria would have been the best nation in the world if it weren’t for a bad government.
Mama Rainbow said in Nigeria when discussing the craft of hand-crafted African pottery.
She emphasised that pottery has been characterised as one of the most easily accessible arts, practised by almost all of Nigeria’s ethnic groups and predominately by women. and the pottery would have been one of the biggest sources of riches for Nigerian women had it not been for the bad administration.

Traditionally, African pottery is hand-built. They have the advantage of low cost and thermo-shock resistance quality which make them suitable for all use.
