Swiftly, Davido and Peter Obi were seen having a conversation with each other with the presidential aspirant wrapping his hand around the singer’s shoulder.
This is coming after Davido during the beginning of the year made it known to all and sundry that he has no favourite among the contestants for the presidential position.
However, the video of Davido with Peter Obi has triggered several reactions as many alleged that the social media would have been filled with a lot of criticisms if the singer was spotted with President Tinubu or PDP presidential aspirant Atiku.
A famous Twitter user identified as Daniel Regha wrote; “Davido is seen vibing with Peter Obi & there’s no cancel culture, but if he was conversing with Tinubu, Atiku or any politician accused of something, the reactions will be different.
So what’s the celebration for? Obi is yet to clear the allegations against him, while Davido was absent during the campaign season & general elections. The way we Nigerians quickly forget is awfu!.
