Simi, the renowned singer also known as Simi Kosoko, recently opened up about her decision to halt her workout routine. In a heartfelt video, she showcased a workout session in which her adorable daughter, Adejare, accompanied her.
Sharing the reasons behind her fitness hiatus, Simi revealed that she had ceased exercising due to a distressing incident. During her last workout, she experienced a sudden discomfort, as if something had broken within her. Concerned about her well-being, she promptly sought medical attention and underwent thorough examination. Thankfully, after a brief recovery period of nine days, she was able to resume her active lifestyle and get back on her feet.
She wrote, “The last time I worked out, I think I ‘broke’ something. I wasn’t feeling right, so I took a break. Went to the hospital to get checked (I’m good). 9 days later, I’m back at it – cos the longer you stop, the harder it is to keep going. My legs were wobbly after this lol”
