Chelsea target Arsen Zakharyan has said that despite Zenit’s interest, he still hopes to join with the Blues. The 19-year-old wonderkid was heavily linked with a move to Stamford Bridge in the summer as Todd Boehly looked to improve the team’s midfield options.
