After a first season at Paris Saint-Germain marred by injuries, Sergio Ramos appears to be making tremendous progress this season toward regaining his form.
After a season in which he saw little action, the former Real Madrid center back has publicly acknowledged that he now feels at ease with PSG.
In an interview with YouTube channel Ruiz Club, Ramos stated, “I’m extremely well, now I can say that I’m well, that I’m pleased.”

“Everything looks different once you’re on the field. Eventually, you adjust, and it’s beneficial to have experiences and learn about other cultures.
“The fans and the people of Paris welcomed me very warmly, so I’m very happy to receive the love of other nations.”
PSG drew 1-1 with Monaco at home after scoring 17 goals and winning all three of their Ligue 1 games to start the season, and Ramos thinks the team needs to keep getting better.
It appears as though you can defeat any opponent, but the teams make it difficult for you, Ramos continued. “In the end it shows you that there are no easy opponents,” he said.
“Continually winning is what matters. We had hoped to win all three points, but that wasn’t possible.
There are some areas where our team has to keep getting better and adjusting.
“I’m not at all pleased with the outcome, but even if we were losing, coming back is always a plus.
“We must continue to develop and get better, and we must consider the upcoming game.”
Ramos insisted that he is at ease playing in the three-man defense that Christophe Galtier, the coach, has built since being hired earlier this summer.
Ramos said, “I feel okay; it’s a configuration that we’ve been working on since the beginning of preseason.”
“We feel at ease providing that defense and consistency up front.
We’ll gradually get to know one another better and use our defensive strengths to our advantage right away.
