“I love Asiwaju and I’m speaking about myself. I love him, I might vote for him because I love him. I’ve not decided but I’m just saying it. And because of the things he has done for my industry,” she said.

She went on to say that she is merely expressing her viewpoint and is not attempting to sway anyone’s decision on who to vote for.

She added, “I’m not going to use my own selfish interest to lead others. He has been a wonderful man to my industry, he has been there for people and my industry. I am speaking from my own perspective. He is a good man. He has been there for people even when they had nothing. I am speaking for my own Oluwatoyin Abosede Dada Abraham-Ajeyemi. Let people choose whoever they want to choose. I will not let people use the gender part of me. I will support anyone who supports everybody. Someone competent. I’m not going to jeopardise the future of our children because of gender part or because I have a colleague there.”

She also spoke on her recently released film ‘Ijakumo: The Born Again Stripper,’ she said the storyline originated from her dream.

Toyin Abraham had earlier disclosed her biggest concern regarding her marriage to her colleague, Kola Ajeyemi.

The actress revealed this during an interview with MedianRoomHub where she also discussed her marriage and most recent movie, Ijakumo (Born Again Stripper).

According to the actress, her worst fear is a broken home, while stating that she finds it tough to live without her husband.

Abraham added that the fear of having a broken marriage is the reason she and her husband would always engage in prayer against those with motives to destroy their home.

She said, “My greatest fear is having a broken home, I don’t want to have a broken home, I can never imagine it, I can’t imagine myself and my husband not living together.

“That’s the only fear I have, I know my husband cannot leave me and I can’t leave my husband. You know now, that is why we use to pray against anyone that wants to destroy our marriage.”

Toyin Abraham was formerly married to her colleague, Adeniyi Johnson but the union collapsed within few years.

The ex-couple found love again within same movie industry.
