Femi Adebayo was born in the city of Ilorin in the state of Kwara, but grew up in Lagos. He went to Lagos State for primary and secondary school. He also earned a bachelor’s degree (LLB) and a master’s degree (LLM) in law from the University of Ilorin and the University of Ibadan, respectively.
