Attacks are becoming too frequent, and the government doesn’t appear to be saying anything about it. We can no longer close our eyes and go to sleep in our homes. The insider continued, “The Kudu community is in desperate need of assistance as quickly as possible.

Abdullahi Sule, the governor of Nasarawa State, has stated that the government has lately created plans to address insecurity in the LGA.

Sule made this revelation while presiding over Monday’s emergency executive council meeting at Government House in Lafia.

He said that although the topic was not on the agenda for the meeting, lives had been lost as a result of the situation in the local government area, therefore it had become imperative to bring it up before the executive council.

In order to resolve the pervasive mistrust and seeming hostility amongst the Gbagyi, Egbirra, and Bassa groups, he also announced plans to call a meeting.

We will be able to find out why, as the security services have already moved in.

The Gbagyi, Egbirra, and Bassa communities will meet as soon as we get back from Abuja, which is crucial because ultimately, we need to find a solution to this.

Attempts to reach DSP Ramhan Nansel, the Police Public Relations Officer, were unsuccessful as of the time this report was filed since he was not returning calls to his cell phones.
