Odunlade Adekola is a Nigerian musician, actor, producer, and director. He began his career in 1996 and became well-known in 2003 after starring in Asiri Gomina Wa. Odun has since acted in a number of Yoruba films, and his dynamism has remained a talking point.

Odunlade Adekola was born in Abeokuta, Ogun State, on December 31, 1976. Despite his Ekiti origins, he was born and raised by Pastor and Deaconess Adekola in Lafenwa, Abeokuta. He was raised in a Christian home with a strong commitment to religious activities.
He began his official education at St. John’s Primary School and afterwards attended St. Peter’s College in Abeokuta. He then went on to Moshood Abiola Polytechnic, where he received a National Diploma Certificate. Odunlade later earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Lagos in 2018.
He is married to Ruth Adekola, with whom he has four children.
