In a widely circulated video, his wife expressed distress over the comedian’s unexpected disappearance. She revealed that he had not returned home after leaving on March 26th and had also left his phone behind, exacerbating the situation.
“This is to inform the public that IJOBA LANDE left home to an unknown destination on 26th of March around 9:00pm and up till now we can find him we have reported the case at the nearest police station and with their help they help us to send signal to radio station. According to the post, “He left his phone at home after breaking his fast on the 26th, which was the last time we heard from him.”
In a bid to raise awareness about his disappearance, Nkechi Blessing took to her Instagram page and shared a photo of him. She urged the public to contact the nearest police station if they sighted him anywhere.
Nkechi Blessing’s post read, “Please, if you have seen this face anywhere, kindly contact the nearest police station. He has been missing for the last 3 days… God bless you as you share.”
Several celebrities, including Kolawole Ajeyemi, Mosun Filani, Toyin Adewale, Yetunde Bakare, and Cute Abiola, commented on the comedian’s post and prayed for his safe return.
In a recent update, the filmmaker has been found, and actress Kemi Korede shared the good news on her Instagram page a few moments ago. In the video, a cleric was seen bringing Ijoba Lande out of the car, and Kemi Korede and his wife ran towards him. The filmmaker was overwhelmed with emotion and broke down in tears as family and loved ones surrounded him.
