Actress Bukky Wright, who is now located in the United States, has shown her support for Funke Akindele by sharing portions from her film Omo Ghetto the Saga on her Instagram page; an act that the latter appreciates.
Toyin Abraham and Funke Akindele made headlines earlier this month when they announced the same date for the debut of two films, ‘Ghost and the Tout Too’ in theaters and ‘Omo Ghetto the Saga’ on Netflix, on September 10, 2021. Actress Iyabo Ojo fuelled the feud by accusing Funke Akindele of bribing a popular movie citric to destroy Toyin Abraham’s film days after it was released.

On September 17th, 2021, Bully Wright officially declared her support for Funke Akindele by sharing a musical moment from Omo Ghetto The Saga on her Instagram page, Funke Akindele replied, “Thanks a lot ma,” and Bukky Wright replied, “Anytime sweetie.”
This follows Bukky Wright’s recent revelation in an interview that she only loves honest individuals.
Oh! Genuine individuals fascinate me. I despise it when individuals put on a show.” Owambe vibrations, she said.
“Yes, but there’s no lucky man yet,” Bukky Wright said of her hopes to remarry.
“I can say that I’m not a proud person, but a proud mother of two young men that God has given me,” she remarked of how she handles bad press (laughs). People would call it pride since I’m an introvert who minds her own business, stays on my lane, and doesn’t take crap from anyone. Over the years, as Bukky Wright, I’ve developed a thick skin. I don’t cry over a spilt glass of milk.”
Meanwhile, a look at Bukky Wright’s Instagram page reveals that she hasn’t posted anything in support of Toyin Abraham’s Ghost or the campaign.
