The tournament, which began on June 14, has featured 51 matches, including 36 in the group stage and 15 in the knockout rounds.
England aims to end their 58-year trophy drought, while Spain seeks to secure their fourth Euro Championship title.

In December 2023, the UEFA Executive Committee approved the prize money distribution system for the tournament, matching the total of โฌ331 million from UEFA EURO 2020.
According to UEFA’s website, the prize money distribution is as follows:
– Participating fee: โฌ9.25 million
– Match bonus: โฌ1 million for a win and โฌ500,000 for a draw
– Qualification to the Round of 16: โฌ1.5 million
– Qualification to the Quarter-finals: โฌ2.5 million
– Qualification to the Semi-finals: โฌ4 million
– Runners-up: โฌ5 million
– Champions: โฌ8 million
The winning team could earn up to โฌ28.25 million if they won all three of their group matches.
UEFA also revealed that the tournamentโs revenue comes from media rights, global sponsorships, ticketing, hospitality, and licensing.
