In December 2023, the UEFA Executive Committee approved the prize money distribution system for the tournament, matching the total of €331 million from UEFA EURO 2020.

According to UEFA’s website, the prize money distribution is as follows:

– Participating fee: €9.25 million
– Match bonus: €1 million for a win and €500,000 for a draw
– Qualification to the Round of 16: €1.5 million
– Qualification to the Quarter-finals: €2.5 million
– Qualification to the Semi-finals: €4 million
– Runners-up: €5 million
– Champions: €8 million

The winning team could earn up to €28.25 million if they won all three of their group matches.

UEFA also revealed that the tournament’s revenue comes from media rights, global sponsorships, ticketing, hospitality, and licensing.
