Former Real Madrid manager Zinedine Zidane was recently seen at Real Betis’ training ground, fueling fresh speculation about his potential return to management, including links to the Manchester United job.
Zidane, who has been out of management since leaving Real Madrid for the second time in May 2021, has been connected to several high-profile roles, including Manchester United, Bayern Munich, and national teams such as the United States, Brazil, and Algeria. However, the 52-year-old has been patient in choosing his next move.
His appearance at Real Betis’ training session has sparked rumors of a possible return to the dugout, coinciding with growing pressure on Erik ten Hag at Manchester United after a poor start to the season. Reports suggest that United’s new leadership, including Sir Jim Ratcliffe, has already explored other managerial options, including Thomas Tuchel, Graham Potter, and Gareth Southgate. Zidane has also reportedly expressed interest in taking over at Old Trafford.
