The best-rated player in the Premier League for FIFA 23 is Kevin De Bruyne of Man City, who is one of the five players that share the highest rating. De Bruyne was rated better overall than Cristiano Ronaldo, Mohamed Salah, and Virgil van Dijk, who were all rated 90 overall.
There are players from Manchester City, Liverpool, Manchester United, Tottenham, and Chelsea on the Premier League top 25 list, but there are no players from Arsenal. The player with the lowest rating overall is rated at 86.
