Toyin Abraham and Funke Akindele made headlines earlier this month when they announced that their films, “Ghost and the Tout Too” in theaters and “Omo Ghetto the Saga” on Netflix, will be released on the same day, September 10, 2021.
Actress Iyabo Ojo fuelled the feud by accusing Funke Akindele of bribing a popular movie citric to destroy Toyin Abraham’s film days after it was released.
Toyin Abraham, on the other hand, denied having any beef with Funke Akindele in a recent interview, saying that the mother of two is one of the women she admires in the Nollywood industry.
Toyin Abraham claims that Funke Akindele is her senior coworker, whom she greatly respects; yet, many people confuse relatives, friends, and colleagues, as she cannot be friends with everyone.
Netizens criticized and slammed Iyabo Ojo for creating a fight with Funke Akindele on behalf of Toyin Abraham after hearing the comments.
