Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag has downplayed concerns about his job security amid recent rumors linking former Chelsea head coach Graham Potter to the position, according to a report.

“I feel that, and they communicate it, but I am focusing on the process of making this team play better, enhancing individual performances, and that is my primary concern,” he added.
As Manchester United prepares to face Liverpool at Anfield on Sunday, Ten Hag provided updates on the team’s fitness situation.
Luke Shaw is expected to be fit for the crucial match, providing relief for the manager who is already dealing with the absence of Harry Maguire for several upcoming games. Maguire sustained an injury during Tuesday’s 1-0 defeat to Bayern Munich.
Regarding Maguire’s availability, Ten Hag stated, “Harry will not be available for the coming games, but we don’t think it is long term.”
Marcus Rashford is back in contention after missing the Bayern match due to a combination of suspension and illness.
With Bruno Fernandes suspended for the upcoming game, Ten Hag chose not to disclose the team captain for the Liverpool clash.
