Leicester City manager Enzo Maresca is set to bring back Willy Caballero to Stamford Bridge once his move to Chelsea is confirmed, according to the UK Metro.
Both clubs are negotiating a deal for Maresca, who is now the leading candidate to replace Mauricio Pochettino at Chelsea. The Blues have ruled out candidates such as Ipswich Town boss Kieran McKenna and Brentford’s Thomas Frank, and are now focusing on finalizing an agreement with the Foxes’ manager.
Maresca, who previously served as Pep Guardiola’s assistant at Manchester City, fits the profile Chelsea is seeking in a young, progressive head coach. Chelsea is expected to pay around £10 million for Maresca and will also need to secure agreements for his coaching staff.

Maresca is likely to be accompanied to West London by his assistant manager, Willy Caballero, who spent four seasons at Chelsea. Caballero was part of the squads that won the Champions League and Europa League.
