Former Arsenal star Anders Limpar has expressed his desire to see Sporting Lisbon striker Viktor Gyökeres join the Gunners, describing the potential move as “crazy.”

“I know Gyökeres very well personally; I acted as a bit of a mentor for him when he played for Brommapojkarna, along with Ludwig Augustinsson. We’ve had many discussions about professional life,” Limpar revealed.
Praising Gyökeres’ qualities, Limpar added:
“He’s a fantastically hardworking forward who scores a lot of goals. His work rate is incredible—he runs like a madman.
“If Arsenal were to sign Gyökeres, I’m certain he’d give me a call. Seeing him at Arsenal would be absolutely amazing.”
