Despite Arsenal maintaining their top spot with a 3-0 victory over Bournemouth, City responded with a commanding 5-1 win against Wolves shortly after. This leaves Arsenal only one point ahead of the champions as they head into the remaining fixtures of the campaign.

Neville, speaking on his podcast, acknowledges the possibility of the title race extending to the final day but expresses concern that Arsenal’s potential victory over United could tip the scales in City’s favor sooner.

He states, “While we can laugh and we can giggle about how Manchester United have been, but Arsenal going to Old Trafford and winning, that’s going to be a hell of a win.”

Neville emphasizes his desire for the title race to go down to the wire but admits his apprehension that City’s formidable form may bring about an early conclusion to the race.
