Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has suggested his desire to eventually return to Spain after his tenure at the Emirates.
Arteta’s current contract with the Gunners is set to expire in the summer of 2025, and he was recently linked with a move to Barcelona.
During his pre-match press conference ahead of Arsenal’s final day clash with Everton, Arteta was questioned about the possibility of managing in Spain.

The former Spain midfielder responded, “I have always envisioned returning one day. The allure of home, our lifestyle, the cultural connection – it’s something that’s always on my mind.”
“However, I am content here at Arsenal, pleased with the respect I’m shown, and I genuinely enjoy my role. But inevitably, there may come a time. I won’t be away forever.”
