The South American is optimistic that he can improve on his good start to life as a Red thanks to his efforts in training.

During a recent exclusive interview with club media at Old Trafford, he said, “Training is very different, but I’d prepared for it mentally. Since I’ve always followed the Premier League, I was aware of how intense it would be. I trained hard and prepared extensively because I was aware of how intense the games would be. I wanted to be at 100% as soon as possible.

“Since the team is a member of a fantastic squad, we have gotten to know one another and developed a relationship in order to get to this level and advance in our game. Game by game, we are getting to know one another better so that this harmony may exist and everything works well.

The current time in France with Brazil teammates Casemiro and Fred will ensure more continuity on this front, with challenges to come at home and abroad in a packed October schedule. Antony is content integrating with his new coworkers.

He remarked of his new Manchester home, “I’m liking it, it’s only been a few weeks, but I’ve already found a few Brazilian restaurants.” “I accompanied Casemiro. We have moved into the city. I’m adjusting well to life at the club so far. I’ve been welcomed with open arms and am currently feeling at home. We’re adjusting nicely to life in Manchester.

“I’m incredibly thrilled to be here working with the Selecao and with friends. It’s an awesome sensation. Since all the other players have welcomed me with open arms, it actually makes adjusting easier. This has greatly aided my adaptation.
