Aimakhu was born in Auchi, a town in the southern Nigerian state of Edo. She lived her early life in Ibadan, the capital of Oyo State in southwestern Nigeria, and spent her childhood there.
Toyin posted on her verified Instagram account earlier today to thank his boyfriend Kolawole Ajeyemi for his support, and she talks about Eniola Badmus’ 20th anniversary on stage party, how she timed it so she could go home on time, and how her husband advised her to spend more time with her friends there.
She wrote:
At the Eniola’s party, it was fun but timing became late. I informed my husband @kolawoleajeyemi that it was time to go home. He said NO. Don’t leave the people that were your friends even before we got married. You should not become their enemy because you are now married. That sentence touched me. I became emotional but importantly grateful that God gave me this man full of wisdom.
