D’Banj has disclosed despite having a busy schedule as an entertainer, he doesn’t joke with God.

Despite his busy schedule as an artist, D’Banj has revealed that he does not joke with God.

In an episode of the ongoing Nigerian Idols, a music reality television show, the artist said this during a conversation with his colleague Omawumi regarding famous Pastor Jerry Eze.

D’Banj, who is a judge on Nigerian Idols, claimed that in order to be a judge on the show, he fasted and prayed with the pastor.

After Omawumi questioned how he learned Pastor Jerry’s popular slogan, “What God cannot do, does not exist,” the father of one child stated this.

D’Banj said that he attends the pastor’s church and has his number on speed dial, which elicited laughter and excitement from Omawumi.
