David Adeleke, better known by his stage name Davido, has finally disclosed what he intends to do with the massive sum of money he received a few days ago.
The OBO singer had intimated that he would give away all of the money he had raised in the previous 48 hours.
On Friday, November 19, 2021, the musician announced it on his Twitter page.
He tweeted, “Might give it all away.”
He went on to say that the sum of N250 million would be distributed to various charity groups across Nigeria.

My goal is to do this fundraising every year to celebrate my birthday and give back to people in need. It is my hope that my friends, fans and colleagues in the industry and the public will continue to support me as I drive this cause,” part of his official statement reads.
On Wednesday, Davido posted to his Twitter page to reveal his bank account details and invite his wealthy friends and adoring followers to contribute to the account.
He collected nearly N50 million in less than an hour after tweeting.
Davido had raked in almost N180 million from fans as of Friday. The move catapulted the musician to the top of Twitter’s global hot topics.
