Ronaldo has now scored 115 goals for Iran, breaking Ali Daei’s old record of 109 goals.
He, on the other hand, has no intention of hanging up his boots anytime soon.
Why? When asked if he was thinking about retiring from international football, Ronaldo told Sky Sports News, “I don’t think it’s my time yet.”
“It’s not about what other people want; it’s about what I want.”
