The Lagos State Magistrates’ Court in Yaba has returned 37-year-old auxiliary nurse Fisayo Ogedengbe, who was detained in relation to the contentious death of musician Ilerioluwa Aloba, also known as Mohbad, to detention.

The late musician allegedly received shots from the nurse, which is what killed him.

In a similar vein, Mohbad’s companion Ayobani Sadiq, who is also being held as a suspect in the case, was ordered to return to police custody by magistrate Adeola Olatunbosun.

Olatunbosun postponed the case to November 29 in order to get advice from the DPP since, according to the police, the investigation into the issue is still ongoing.

Recalled That a day back we reported about the Contentious Following weeks of being imprisoned Nigerian artist Abdulazeez Fashola, better known as Naira Marley, and his assistant Samson Elutu, well known as Sam Larry, were given bail.

A story that made it to Kemi Filani claims that the troubled businessmen were ordered to give three sureties a sizeable amount of N20 million instead of being given bail.

Larry and Naira have also been told to give up their foreign passports and appear weekly at the State Criminal Investigation Department (CID).

She Wrote: The Lagos State Magistrate Court in Yaba has sent the 37 years old auxiliary nurse, Feyisayo Ogedengbe who injected Mohbad, back to the police custody. Also, the magistrate ordered that Mohbad’s friend, Ayobami who called Feyi to come to the house and treat Mohbad, should be returned to police custody. Investigation is still ongoing to unravel the mystery behind Mohbad’s de*th as the coroner resumes their sitting today……..
