A year after the death of Mohbad’s Omowunmi, his wife, has started her first company, a couture boutique.
Omowunmi acknowledged that she never thought she would be here, sharing this journey with her fans, in an emotional message on the brand’s web page. She characterized the past year following her husband’s passing as a blur, during which she had to take on the responsibilities of both mother and father for Liam while determining how to go.
She disclosed that she had many sleepless nights wondering how to keep going, but through it all, the love, encouragement, and support from fans kept her going. Now, she is excited to introduce her Couture hair, which is a labor of love born from resilience and passion.
Wunmi stated that her first collection, The Liam Luxe, named after her son, was inspired by the strength they have built together.
