In a conversation with journalists, NDLEA spokesman Femi Babafemi confirmed the singer’s detention.

During their raid, he said that cannabis and molly were discovered at the singer’s residence.

Mohbad was released shortly after, but Zinoleesky, Shubomi, and other Marlians were detained.

Marlian president Naira Marley wasnโ€™t in the country during the raid, and he flew back to Nigeria hours after being alerted of their arrest.

Voicing his frustration and anger on social media, he noted how the maltreatment given to him was meted out on his artistes.

Hours after arriving in Nigeria, the operatives released the singers.

In a video sighted online, Zinoleesky was seen in the same car with Naira Marley as they drove home.

In another video, Shubomi and all Marlian acts could be seen rejoicing at their residence.
