The Frenchman, who joined Chelsea from RB Leipzig for £52 million last summer, had his debut season disrupted by injuries, limiting him to just 516 minutes of action across all competitions. Despite reports from Sky Germany about interest and inquiries to cut his Chelsea stint short, Romano confirmed that Nkunku remains a key part of Chelsea’s plans.
